With news of an explosive and highly controversial memo regarding the Obama Administration's plans to make an end run around Congress to implement reforms that seek to 'reduce the threat of removal for certain individuals present in the United States without authorization,' Arizona Republican Party Chairman Randy Pullen issued a scathing attack on the President and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Agency.

"When I first read this memo, I thought it was a joke," said Arizona Republican Party Chairman Randy Pullen. "But unfortunately it appears that the joke is on us. All along we thought that the Obama Administration and Congressional Democrats would seek to provide amnesty to illegal aliens through the legislative process. Little did we know that they never intended to do it democratically. The President and his open borders crowd are seeking to do it via Presidential fiat. It's outrageous on its face, and President should spend a little less time on The View, and take in a better view of our porous border wreaking havoc on the state of Arizona."

Costing the state billions, illegal immigration continues to have a negative impact on Arizona's economy.  While President Obama has offered plenty of lip service towards securing the border, the memo clearly demonstrates a different agenda altogether.

"We shouldn't be too surprised that this Administration is saying one thing about illegal immigration but behind closed doors is doing something very different," continued the Chairman. "Maybe the President's teleprompter isn't functioning correctly, because if it were, you would think he would have said something about providing 'relief' for illegal immigrants. But evidently he intended to implement his pro-amnesty plan by circumventing congress all along. At this point the President certainly has some explaining to do regarding his actual approach towards immigration."
