Special Meeting of the Legislative District 19 Republican Precinct Committmen

Pursuant to Arizona revised statute 41-1202, you are hereby called to a special meeting of the Legislative District 19 (LD 19) elected Republican Precinct Committeemen for the purpose of voting to recommend three individuals to be considered by the county board of supervisors for filling a vacancy in the Arizona State Senate representing LD 19 and, any other legislative District 19 vacancies that may arise as a result of this process.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Mesquite Bldg. Community Room (M200), MCC Red Mountain Campus, 7110 E. McKellips Rd, Mesa AZ
Elected Republican Precinct Committeemen of record as of Monday, May 2 2011, who reside in Legislative District 19, are entitled to vote either in person or by a proxy. Proxies must be given to an elected Precinct Committeeman who intends to be present at the meeting who lives in the same legislative district as the elected Precinct Committeeman voting by proxy. Every proxy must be attested by a Notary Public or two witnesses, brought to the meeting by the proxy carrier, and it shall be in force and effect for the length of the meeting.
